How We Work

We are a family-run design house in Bangkok, making jewellery for retail brands since 1989. We design in house, carve wax masters by hand, and oversee every run from prototype to delivery. A factory takes orders; we help brands sell.

From an idea

Bring sketches, references, CAD, or nothing but a direction, and we design with you. The five steps below take it from first conversation to delivered pieces.

  1. 1 · Consult

    Bring sketches, references, CAD files, or just an idea. We talk through your brand, your customers, and what the pieces need to do for you. Helping brands find their direction is most of what we do.

  2. 2 · Design

    We design in house: hand sketches, CAD modelling, and wax masters carved by craftsmen who have worked with our family for decades. You approve the design before anything is cast.

  3. 3 · Prototype

    For new designs we prototype and make the mould, then send you the piece to approve. The prototype is your sample: what you hold is what production delivers.

  4. 4 · Production

    Casting, finishing, oxidising, plating, and stone setting, built for retail: consistent quality across reorders, full size runs, and stock planned around your launches.

  5. 5 · Delivery

    Every run is checked by the family before it ships. You choose the carrier, the insurance, and the packing. Catalogue designs ship in 5-6 weeks, 6-7 with gemstones; custom designs typically 10 weeks from confirmed design.

Materials and minimums

We work in 925 sterling silver, brass, bronze, gold, and platinum, set gemstones, and make mixed-material pieces with leather. Any finish your design needs: oxidised, high polish, matte, or plated.

Minimums start at 10 pieces per size and item for existing designs and 30 pieces for new designs. Small minimums and flexible materials are the point: we build collections with you, not just production runs.
