How do I order?
Browse the collection or the full catalogue and note the product codes you like. Email us the codes and quantities and we will send you a quote and an order confirmation.
If you have your own design, or any questions at all, just write to us.
I have ideas but am not sure where to start. Can you help?
Of course. Send us your ideas and whatever references you have and we will get back to you with suggestions. Helping brands find their pieces is most of what we do.
How long until my order ships?
Catalogue designs go into production right away: typically 5-6 weeks without gemstones and 6-7 weeks with gemstones.
Custom designs take longer. We finalise the design together at your pace, then prototype and make the mould. From confirmed design to delivery is typically about 10 weeks, longer for complicated pieces.
What are your minimum orders?
For existing designs, 10 pieces per size and item. Larger pieces such as heavy bangles may have smaller minimums; ask us if you are unsure.
For new designs, the first order is 30 pieces per size and item.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. For catalogue designs we make one-off samples at a single-piece price, up to three designs while you decide. The sample cost is credited in full against your first order above our minimums within six months. Ask us for a sample quote.
For custom designs, the prototype stage plays this role.
How does payment work?
We ask for a 50% deposit when you confirm the order and the balance before shipping. We accept bank transfer, or cash at the showroom. We invoice in Thai baht.
How is my order shipped?
You choose. We regularly ship UPS, DHL, and FedEx, insured or not as you prefer, and pack to your specification. We present the options with your quote.
What finishes can you do?
Tell us the finish your design needs: oxidised, high polish, matte, or plated. The same goes for pieces in gold, brass, bronze, and platinum, and for mixed-material designs with leather.
Which ring sizes do you use?
Specify sizes in any system you use. We convert and confirm before production.
What if something arrives damaged?
If anything arrives below standard, send us photos within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with your next order.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Yes. Your designs never enter our catalogue and are never shown to other clients. We do not disclose who we work with.
Can I visit before ordering?
Any time in opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00. Email us first so we know to expect you. Bring ideas, sketches, references, or CAD files and we can talk them through at the showroom.
