Orders

Orders are quoted by product code and confirmed in writing. We ask for a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance before shipping, invoiced in Thai baht. Minimums are 10 pieces per size and item for existing designs and 30 pieces for new designs. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

Your designs

Designs you commission stay yours. They never enter our catalogue and are never shown to other clients. We do not disclose who we work with.

Shipping

You choose the carrier, insurance, and packing. Risk passes on handover to the carrier; insured shipping is available on request and we recommend it.

Claims

If anything arrives below standard, send photos to info@ankamensilver.com within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it with your next order.
